Annie Holt has 30 years of experience in the UK commercial property market with experience in relationship management and business development.

Starting her career at Bradford & Bingley PLC and progressed to a Commercial Relationship Manager of a specific high profile and high value commercial Buy to Let portfolio lends across the UK including complex restructuring of portfolios, large debt recovery and mortgage arrears portfolio. More recently, Annie was a Commercial Relationship Manager at Aldermore Bank Plc before joining HS Credit earlier this year.

Annie’s interests are style, cooking, interiors and travel. She is passionate about her role as a regular member of the volunteer team of a Foundation Trust; as well as running her daily 5k.
